Step 3: Paint the skin tones Using a medium-sized brush, paint the skin tones of Radha Krishna. Mix white, yellow and a little bit of red to get a light peach color. Add some shading to create depth and dimension to the faces. Let it dry completely.

Krishna being blue-bodied need not necessarily mean his skin color was blue. Maybe he was dark-skinned, but people who were aware saw the blueness of his energy, so they described him as blue. There are many disputes about who Krishna is and what he is but his all-inclusiveness is one thing that no one can deny.

Makhan Mishri is believed to be Krishna's favourite and thus it's an essential part of his bhog.

Krishna is often depicted wearing a peacock-feather wreath or crown, and playing the bansuri (Indian flute). In this form, he is usually shown standing with one leg bent in front of the other in the Tribhanga posture. He is sometimes accompanied by cows or a calf, which symbolise the divine herdsman Govinda.
